Every project, every decision, in one place.
My Build Pro OS runs our HMO conversions in Nottingham and Long Eaton. It holds one record per project — the programme, the quote, the changes and the photographs — so you can see where your build stands without ringing anyone to find out.

What the system does
Three things it is built to make impossible to get wrong.
One record, eight stages
A project is a single record that moves from first enquiry to the end of warranty. Every stage change is written down with who moved it and why, so the history of a job is the job.
Variations approved before work
A change is priced, sent, and approved before the work it covers starts. The approval carries a date and a name — which is what settles a question about scope six months later.
Updates you don’t have to chase
Site updates and photographs are published to the client portal as the job moves, rather than assembled when somebody asks how it’s going.
Two views of the same record
Both sign in here. What you see afterwards depends on who you are — the client portal is built on separate records to our internal costing, so supplier rates and margins are not hidden from it, they are not in it.
